Leaks have shown that Secretary of State Mike Pompeo renewed support to the Saudi-led coalition in Yemen after he was told withdrawing that support risked arms and commercial sales to Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This is the latest example of states backing down to Saudi will, now that Mohammed Bin Salman has made clear he will attack any party who expresses disagreement. Meanwhile, Yemenis continue to die, and no one will stand up to Riyadh.
